The “Happy” room is located on the ground floor, at the back of the villa. It is the ideal retreat for particularly romantic couples or for guests who prefer greater privacy. With the addition of a single bed, it is also the perfect option for three people, as it is our most spacious room. The room features a fairy-tale canopy bed with white drapes, a wardrobe, a luggage rack, and a charming vanity table that ladies will love, as well as a TV, a safe, and a minibar. The very spacious bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub with LED chromotherapy and a large shower with two showerheads, allowing two people to shower at the same time. A buffet breakfast is included in the price and offers: homemade jam, butter and chocolate spread, fruit juices, yogurt, bread, homemade cake or other treats, packaged sweets, rusks, croissants, focaccia, cereals, ham, and cheese. Hot beverages are freshly prepared. Please inform us of any intolerances and/or allergies at the time of booking. Daily cleaning is included in the price and is carried out in the morning upon request, provided that the room is vacated by 10:30 AM. Towels will be changed if necessary, but only if they are left on the bathroom floor. Our property is committed to environmental protection, water saving, and waste separation. We kindly ask you to sort your rubbish into the appropriate containers. At the back of the house, you will also find a wooden cabinet where you can dispose of larger or unpleasant-smelling waste. The “Happy” room also has a dedicated parking space directly in front of its private entrance, which stays pleasantly shaded in the summer. Use of the garden and the swimming pool is included.

Santa Vittoria is a small hamlet located about 2.5 km from Sestri Levante, an oasis close to the town center but without the summer chaos that usually characterizes it. Here you can sleep with the windows open, listen to the song of the cicadas, enjoy the silence of the night, and thanks to the cool countryside air, you’ll have truly wonderful nights of rest. A short distance from the property, you will find a butcher shop, a grocery store, the post office, the church, and a small playground for children and dogs. The convenient cycling path allows you to reach the beaches and the town center in about 15 minutes. If you would like to book bicycles (including e-bikes), just send me an email a few weeks before your arrival and I will have them ready for you at the property or accompany you to pick them up. In the area, you can enjoy beautiful mountain hikes, or easily reach the Cinque Terre or Portofino by train for a day spent between the sea, scenic trails, and maritime traditions. Mountain bike enthusiasts will find several trails nearby, with the option of guided tours (available upon reservation). Depending on what you feel like eating, I will be happy to recommend a restaurant in the town center or a farmhouse restaurant in the nearby hills. Portofino, Santa Margherita, the Cinque Terre, and Portovenere are all easily reachable in a short time by train or by car.
